Our Management Team

Our young and experienced management team is a combination of Angolan business savvy with a Western entrepreneurial approach.

Mr. Eduardo Vieira, President
Founder and current President of Novação, Mr. Vieira held a variety of positions including, Senior Analyst position at Geracao Futuro, a trader position in the commodities division of Eslami Corp Toronto, and currently acts as a board member of Safra Group Africa and subsidiary companies. Mr. Vieira is an ANCOR certified Brazilian broker, and holds a Hon. B.A. in Economics from the University of Toronto.

Mr. Ori Birnboim, Director, VP Business Development
Partner and Vice President of Business Development of Novação. Previously, Mr. Birnboim co-founded CVC, a private equity firm focused on South East Asia’s emerging markets, and held a Senior Analyst position at the Global Markets division of ANALYST IMS. Mr. Birnboim holds a Hon. Bachelor of Commerce specializing in Finance and Economics, from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.

Mr. Fabio Campos, Investment Associate
Mr. Campos has previously gained experience in the telecommunications industry while acting as an analyst and trading account manager for the European carrier services division of Primus Telecommunications. Mr. Campos has also gained accounting experience in the investment banking industry while in corporate audit and corporate treasury capacities as an analyst at Lehman Brothers and UBS. He holds a B.A. (Hons) Business Studies degree from the University of Glamorgan in Wales, UK and a Master of Science in Management from the Cass business school, part of London’s City University.
